Luccombe Hall Tariff Conditions

Bookings made on our tariff rates
  • A deposit of 25% of the value of your booking is required to secure your accommodation.
  • This deposit is non refundable, we therefore advise guests to take out their own holiday insurance.
  • Remaining 75% of booking value is due in full on arrival
  • Payments may be made by debit or credit card - phone reservations on 01983 869000 or by cheque made payable to Luccombe Manor Hotel. Please be aware that there is a 2.5% charge for all credit card transactions to cover processing costs. There is no charge for debit cards.
  • All Rooms are non smoking.
Cancellations of bookings made on our tariff rates
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of arrival will lose the deposit
  • Cancellations 7 days or less before the arrival date will be liable for the full holiday cost.
Bookings made on our late breaks or special offers rates
  • Full payment is required at time of booking. This may be made by cheque, debit or credit card. Please be aware that there is a 2.5% charge for credit card transactions to cover processing costs. There is no charge for debit cards.
  • These bookings are taken on a non-cancellable and non-transferable basis.
  • In the event of cancellation, no refund will be given, we therefore advise guests to take out their own holiday insurance.
Arrival
  • Your accommodation is available from 2pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.
  • Guests may arrive before 2pm but their rooms may not be ready.
  • Any outstanding monies are due to be paid in full on arrival.
  • No discounts or refunds will be given for meals not taken or for early departure.
