A deposit of 25% of the value of your booking is required to secure your accommodation.
This deposit is non refundable, we therefore advise guests to take out their own holiday insurance.
Remaining 75% of booking value is due in full on arrival
Payments may be made by debit or credit card - phone reservations on 01983 869000 or by cheque made payable to Luccombe Manor Hotel. Please be aware that there is a 2.5% charge for all credit card transactions to cover processing costs. There is no charge for debit cards.
All Rooms are non smoking.
Cancellations of bookings made on our tariff rates
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of arrival will lose the deposit
Cancellations 7 days or less before the arrival date will be liable for the full holiday cost.
Bookings made on our late breaks or special offers rates

Guests may arrive before 2pm but their rooms may not be ready.
Any outstanding monies are due to be paid in full on arrival.
No discounts or refunds will be given for meals not taken or for early departure.
