Booking Terms & Conditions for Reservations at Luccombe Hall Country House Hotel

Bookings made on our tariff rates

A deposit of payment for the first night of your stay is required to secure your booking.

For bookings of 4 days or more, 25% of the accommodation cost is required to secure your booking. 

Deposits are non-refundable, we therefore advise that guests are covered by their own holiday insurance.  

Payment for ferry crossings booked by the hotel must be made at the time of booking.

Please be aware that there is a 2.5% charge for all credit card transactions towards processing costs. There is no charge for debit cards.

The remaining booking value is due in full on arrival

Payments may be made by debit or credit card - phone reservations on 01983 623 897 or by cheque made payable to Luccombe Hall Hotel. 

All Rooms at Luccombe Hall Hotel are non smoking.

Cancellations of bookings made on our tariff rates

Cancellations notified more than 7 days before arrival will lose the deposit.

Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival will be liable for the full cost of the holiday.

This includes any pre-booked spa treatments at Melville Hall Hotel & Utopia Spa

No discounts or refunds will be given for meals not taken or early departure.

Full payment is required at time of booking.

These bookings are taken on a non-cancellable and non-transferable basis.

In the event of cancellation, no refund will be given, we therefore advise guests to take out their own holiday insurance.

Arrival

Your accommodation is available from 2pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

Guests may arrive before 2pm but their rooms may not be ready.

Please be advised we do not offer a late check in service, all guests must arrive by 10pm on day of arrival

Any outstanding monies are due to be paid in full on arrival.

No discounts or refunds will be given for meals not taken or for early departure.

Children under the age of 2 years are only charged for evening meals if required.
