Reflexology £35 - A natural form of self healing, which uses the feet to treat the entire body. This treatment last approximately 60 minutes.

 

Hopi Ear Candling £40 - This treatment helps to re-balance the pressure system in the ears, sinuses and head.  This treatment lasts approximately 45 minutes.

 

Indian Head Massage £35 - The massage incorporates treatment on the shoulders, arms, neck, face and scalp, helping to soothe tense muscles.  This treatment lasts approximately 45 minutes.

 

Therapeutic Swedish Massage £35 - This treatment helps to improve muscle function and joint mobility. By relaxing tense muscles it can help to relieve pain, improve circulation, minimise the symptoms of stress and aid restful sleep.  This treatment last approximately 60 minutes.

 

Lymphatic Massage £35 - The circular, pumping movements of this massage have a cleansing, regenerating and healing effect on the body. It strengthens the immune system and makes it one of the most relaxing treatments to have.  This treatment lasts approximately 60 minutes.

 

Aromatherapy Massage £35 - This full body massage includes massage to the legs, arms, shoulders, neck, head and back.  However, you may wish to choose a back massage only.  This treatment lasts approximately 60 minutes.

 

Luxury Facial £35 - The facial can locate tension being held in the head, jaw or neck, for instance, and then release it, easing away tension and smoothing wory lines and anxiety.  This treatment lasts approximately 45 minutes.
